Founded in 1983, ScottMadden is a general management consulting firm providing independent and objective counsel and specialized business services to large corporations. We provide a wide range of services and consulting approaches that support our clients along the continuum of strategic assessment to solution development to implementation and performance monitoring.
ScottMadden traditionally has been associated with the energy industry, but today we also help clients in entertainment, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, manufacturing, high tech/ communications, and the federal government attain their business goals. While the majority of our clients are headquartered in North America, many have global operations. To that end, we work on projects all over the world, from Europe to Asia to South America.
We have developed strong connections with international firms to broaden our reach in energy and shared services. By strategically partnering with management consulting firms in Latin America, Europe, and Asia Pacific, we offer clients a unique blend of a specialized boutique firm with global capabilities.
