Jerred Crosby, Managing Associate
Jerred Crosby joined Scott Madden in 2003 and has expertise in shared services, harmonization of employee services, self-service project management, and outsourcing. His industry experience includes pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, telecommunications, energy, agriculture, and healthcare across a number of geographic areas, including Canada, the United States, Puerto Rico, and England. Prior to joining ScottMadden, Mr. Crosby was a senior consultant with Fujitsu's DMR Consulting Group, focusing on information systems management and project delivery. Mr. Crosby holds an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.A. from the University of Calgary, where he was an academic All-Canadian Athlete.
Recent Assignments
- Provided project management oversight for the health wellness consulting division of a global pharmaceutical. This included the design of client-specific tools, structures, and reporting mechanisms, along with implementation support across multiple programs, including an RFP response
- Project managed the implementation of an employee health and wellness program for an off-shore manufacturing company through planning, vendor selection, systems integration, communications, roll-out, and transition to the ongoing operations team
- Led the Puerto Rico division of a global pharmaceutical manufacturer through the outsourcing of employee benefits administration, including health, and savings and pension plans. The division consisted of six sites, four legacy organizations, and 5,000 participants.
- Transferred employee services from local human resources to a shared services center and self-service model that included payroll, policies, leaves, and benefits
- Helped integrate benefits and human resource service centers following a corporate merger. Harmonized business processes, benefits, and employee service delivery by implementing an effective communication and training campaign
- Supported the development of a long-term business planning process for an organization that supports and regulates the nuclear power generation sector in the United States
- Led the business analyst team to outsource a telecommunication firm's customer billing system's development team. Established priorities, workflow, delivery cycles, and testing parameters
- Guided a cross-functional technology, business development, and marketing team to convert seven national telecommunications' long-distance pricing systems to the Euro under strict European Union delivery schedules and reporting guidelines.
- Designed and facilitated a prioritization of annual capital expenditure projects proposed by business units for a global telecom company's shared information technology development center
- Designed and implemented the benefits administration outsourcing data solution for a major agricultural marketing and transportation company. The solution included SAP data migration, corresponding workflows, role and responsibility definition, and data security
- Conducted a benchmarking study of several major gas utilities. The analysis included customer, revenue, production, and expense comparisons across regional organizations
