Angela Edwards, Director

Angela Edwards has more than nine years of consulting experience, with expertise in shared service center design, call center technology selection, business planning, and electronic commerce strategy.  She has extensive experience integrating post-acquisition HR service delivery structures.  Prior to joining ScottMadden, Ms. Edwards worked for the consulting division of EDS, supporting technology platforms.  She earned a B.M.E. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from J. Mack Robinson’s School of Business at Georgia State University, with a concentration in electronic commerce.

• Managed 13 integration teams focused on integrating HR, benefits and payroll programs, policies and systems for a global pharmaceutical company.
• Developed strategy and managed implementation of a self-service kiosk solution for a global pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
• Managed the design and implementation of an HR transactional portal to reduce administrative workload on HR generalists.
• Designed and implemented an electronic Web-based data portal for an electric utility.
• Designed and implemented a Spanish-speaking call center to support Puerto Rico operations for a U.S.-based shared service organization.
• Provided merger integration support for the nuclear business units of two merging electric utility holding companies.
• Led integration planning for two major mergers to align HR, benefits, and payroll organizations with U.S. corporate strategic initiatives.
• Led the regional implementation of a harmonized time and attendance system and harmonized pay practices for six manufacturing facilities.
• Created new processes for a start-up electronic commerce telecommunications company.
