After challenges moving forward with faculty hiring changes mandated from senior leadership at a public research university, ScottMadden was engaged to design and support the implementation of the new, integrated faculty hiring model. The work included developing detailed project plans; defining future state hiring roles, responsibilities, and processes; and capturing supporting technology requirements. The work also included assessing and generating tactical opportunities to improve faculty time-to-hire.
