ScottMadden has joined forces with American Productivity & Quality Center (APQC), a benchmarking and best practices research organization, to conduct the eighth cycle of the HR shared services (HRSS) Benchmarking Study. This study allows organizations to assess their HR Shared Services Organization’s costs, staffing levels, and productivity measures along with comparing key practices.
