Our client faced a complex application testing process due to multiple system integrations. We collaborated with their subject matter experts to define comprehensive test scenarios and generate accurate test data, navigating the need for data masking added to the complexity, particularly in areas like HR, payroll, finance, and operations. To mitigate business risk, we executed seamless testing across internal configurations, data and payroll integrations, parallel testing, and user acceptance phases.
