ScottMadden is pleased to announce the promotion of Brad Cauthen to partner. 

Brad joined the firm in 2014. With more than 25 years of work experience, Brad has worked extensively across the healthcare industry, including large healthcare systems, academic medical centers, and community hospitals. His expertise in human capital management and his work in healthcare include designing and implementing shared services, implementing large-scale technology projects, and developing strategies for optimizing human capital.
