Logan Toms
Partner, Finance and Risk and Corporate Secretary
Logan Toms serves as Partner, Director of Finance, and Corporate Secretary with ScottMadden. He joined the firm in 1992, working first as a consultant and since 1998 as manager of the firm’s Corporate Services area. Previously, Logan worked for five years in commercial banking. He earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, where he was President of the Owen Finance Association, and he has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
