ScottMadden Announces Josh Kmiec to Partner

ScottMadden is pleased to announce the promotion of Josh Kmiec to partner.

Josh joined the firm in 2014 and since has focused on work related to electric grid transformation and distributed energy resources integration, including energy efficiency and electric vehicles. He has become a subject matter expert in grid modernization and has a deep understanding of regulatory implications of these programs. Josh has assisted a number of clients in rate cases and other regulatory filings related to the changing distribution system.
